His Excellency Professor Dr Hadi Hedayati, was born in family of intellectuals in Kabul city. He completed his elementary studies in Abdul Ali Mostaghni High School in 1996. Having successfully passed the National Entrance Exam, he continued his higher education at Science Faculty of Kabul University. In 2000, he obtained his BA degree and was later, selected as an academic member of the Science Faculty of the Kabul University.

He is also coordinator of Master Program at Telecommunication Institute of Malaga, Spain. He joined UMA in 1995 and has been working there since 19 years. Dr Poncela received the M.sc. degree in telecommunication engineering from Universidad de Malaga e polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain in 1994 and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Malaga, Spain.

Prof. Abdul Quaiyum Ansari is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi (INDIA), since 18th August 2000. Prof. Ansari is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India), the National Telematics Forum (INDIA), and the IETE. He is a Senior Member of the Computer Society of India and the IEEE (USA).
